Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 23, 2025
Company: Dript Ltd, registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dript. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dript wallet (the “Wallet”), a non-custodial software interface provided by Dript Ltd (“Dript”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Wallet.

2. Eligibility and Sanctions Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to use the Dript wallet. By using the Wallet, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not to those imposed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.

  • You are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. Non-Custodial Design

Dript provides a non-custodial crypto wallet. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.

  • You hold your own assets. Dript never touches your crypto.

  • You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials. Dript cannot access or recover lost keys under any circumstances.

4. Services Provided

The Dript wallet enables you to:

  • Send and receive crypto-assets on supported blockchains.

  • Access fiat on-ramp and off-ramp providers.

  • Use developer SDKs and APIs to build on top of Dript’s infrastructure.

Dript does not host, custody, or process payments. All transactions are initiated and controlled by you.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you are using the Wallet at your own risk. The risks associated with using cryptographic assets and blockchain technology include, but are not limited to:

  • Volatility: The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically.

  • Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible. A transaction sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by Dript.

  • Software Vulnerabilities: The software, including the Wallet and underlying blockchain protocols, may contain bugs or security vulnerabilities.

  • Regulatory Uncertainty: The legal and regulatory landscape for digital assets is evolving, and changes may adversely affect the use, transfer, or value of your assets.

6. Third-Party Technology Providers

The Dript wallet incorporates technology and services provided by third parties, including Dynamic Labs, Inc. (“Dynamic”). Dript does not control, audit, or guarantee the availability, security, or performance of Dynamic’s services. Your use of any such functionality is also subject to Dynamic’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Dript wallet may integrate or link to additional third-party services (e.g., fiat on/off ramps). Dript does not control, endorse, or guarantee these services and is not responsible for their performance. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Wallet for any unlawful or prohibited activity. You will not:

  • Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation, including those related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud.

  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interfere with the service.

  • Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls.

  • Introduce any malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the Wallet.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Wallet software.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Dript Ltd owns all intellectual property rights related to the Dript wallet, including the software, source code, logos, branding, and content. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except for the license to use the Wallet as provided.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining whether any taxes apply to the transactions you conduct through the Wallet, and for reporting and remitting the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. Dript is not responsible for determining the tax implications of your transactions.

11. No KYC/AML Obligations

Dript only provides a technology service and does not itself offer any services where AML regulations apply. Dript does not collect or process identity information. If you interact with third-party services (such as fiat on-ramps), those providers may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks independently of Dript.

12. No Financial or Custodial Services

Dript is not a financial institution. We do not offer financial advice, act as custodians, or process payments. The Wallet is a software interface only.

13. No Account Creation or User Data

Dript does not create or manage user accounts and cannot control or revoke access to your funds. You manage your own keys and session security.

14. Termination of Service

Dript reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services (such as API access or developer tools) at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Such termination will not affect your ability to access your self-custodied assets on the relevant blockchain network.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Wallet is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data unless explicitly provided by you. Data collected by third-party tools such as Dynamic is governed by their respective policies.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dript Ltd, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Wallet or your violation of these Terms.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dript disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from user error, third-party services, security breaches, or software bugs. The Wallet is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Abu Dhabi Global Market Arbitration Centre (ADGMAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Abu Dhabi Global Market. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

19. Modifications

Dript may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Wallet following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
