Dript Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. Our core philosophy is to maximize your autonomy and security by minimizing our data collection. This means we do not want your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains the limited data involved when you use the Dript Wallet application (the “Wallet”) and how data is handled by third-party services you may choose to interact with.

3. Your Wallet, Your Control

As the user of a non-custodial wallet, you are in complete control of your digital assets and data.

• Your Data on the Blockchain: All transactions you initiate are recorded on public blockchains. This data is public by nature but is not controlled by or visible to Dript.

• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.. Dript cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or access your wallet.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

To provide a full suite of features, Dript Wallet integrates technology from and provides links to optional third-party services. It is crucial to understand that we do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

A. Integrated Technology (Dynamic.xyz)

The Wallet integrates technology from Dynamic Labs, Inc. (“Dynamic”) to power core functionalities like wallet creation and session management.

• While using these features, Dynamic may process limited technical data, such as session tokens or browser signatures, to ensure functionality and security.

• Dript does not receive, store, or have access to this data.

• Your interaction with these integrated features is subject to the Dynamic Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review their policy to understand their data practices.

B. Optional Third-Party Services (e.g., Fiat On-Ramps)

The Wallet may offer links to external services, such as:

• Fiat-to-crypto "on-ramp" providers.

• Cryptocurrency "off-ramp" partners.

• Other tools or platforms with SDK integrations.

If you choose to use these services, you will be entering into a direct relationship with that third party. These providers will likely require you to submit personal information for Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other compliance purposes.

• When you provide data to a third party, it is governed by their privacy policy and terms of service.

• Dript never sees, receives, or stores the data you provide to them.

We assume no liability or responsibility for the data handling practices of Dynamic or any other third-party service.

The Dript Wallet interface does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or other tracking technologies. We do not monitor user behavior, clicks, or usage patterns within the Wallet.

We are committed to best-in-class software security in the development of the Dript Wallet. However, the security of your assets is fundamentally in your hands.

• We do not manage your credentials and have no ability to access your wallet.

• We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.

• You are solely responsible for securing your devices and your wallet credentials.

7. Data Subject Rights under ADGM Law

The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Data Protection Regulations 2021 provide individuals with rights over their personal data. However, as we do not collect or process your personal data, these rights are not directly applicable in your relationship with Dript. If you provide your data to a third party, you must exercise your rights directly with them.

8. Children’s Privacy

Dript Wallet is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly engage with or collect data from children.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
